The advanced class is for those looking for a challenge and wanting to take their swimming skills to the next level. This class is designed for swimmers who already have a solid foundation and know front and back stroke. In this class, you will learn how to improve your technique, speed, and efficiency in the water. You will also work on your endurance, strength, and breathing technique.
